After passing hors d'oeuvres for your guests, we invite everyone to sit down at their tables for a multi-course plated dinner. You can choose any number of courses, but we recommend at least three: salad, main, and dessert. Great for a more formal occasion or event.
FAMILY STYLE DINNER
We pass plates of hors d'oeuvres as your guests mingle. Then, after your party sits down, we bring you salads, mains, and dessert in a nicely timed and orchestrated way and lay them out on the table for the group to pass and share—family style. Great for more casual events like a get together with a group of foodie friends, an intimate wedding reception, or a special birthday party.
Your guests can nibble on hors d'oeuvres, passed by our staff as they circulate through the room. We’ll also set up a cocktail bar or pass cocktails, beer, and wine—whatever you prefer. We can mix old favorites or work with you to design a signature craft cocktail for your event. Great for gallery openings, holiday parties, and celebrations of many stripes.

Comes traditional on a paper covered table complete with crackers and picks, or nicely plated with a linen napkin. Sides could include corn on the cob, new potatoes, and Andouille sausage.
Traditional Valencia ingredients, including bomba rice, chorizo, clams, mussels, shrimp, tomato, and saffron broth, are cooked in a giant paella pan over a freestanding burner, just like they do in Spain.
